Ingredients for - Healthy chocolate milkshake

1. 1 small banana, cut into quarters
2. 75g frozen avocado, cut into chunks
3. 350ml fortified soya milk, chilled
4. 2 tbsp cocoa
5. 2-3 tsp xylitol, or to taste
6. 4 tbsp bio yogurt, plus extra for topping, if you like
7. dark chocolate, finely grated (optional), to serve

How to cook deliciously - Healthy chocolate milkshake

1 . Stage

Put the banana, avocado, soya milk, cocoa, xylitol and yogurt in a food processor or blender. Whizz until smooth, then pour into two tall glasses.

2 . Stage

Top with some extra yogurt and grate over the chocolate to serve, if you like.
