Ingredients for - Iced Coffee Pops
1. 1/3 c. plus 2 tbs. heavy cream -
2. 2 tbsp. sugar, divided -
3. 2 c. cold brew coffee -
How to cook deliciously - Iced Coffee Pops
1. Stage
In a liquid measuring cup, mix together 1/3 c. of cream with 1 tbsp. sugar.
2. Stage
Divide between 6 popsicle molds, pouring just a small amount into each mold. Freeze for 1 hour, or until frozen.
3. Stage
In another liquid measuring cup, whisk together coffee with remaining sugar and heavy cream. Divide between the molds (with the now frozen cream layer). Insert lid (or popsicle sticks) and freeze for 6 hours, or until frozen.
4. Stage
Before serving, run the molds under warm water to loosen the pop.
