1. 3 tbsp. confectioners' sugar -
2. 1 tsp. fresh lemon peel -
3. 1 refrigerated piecrust dough -
4. 1 can halved peaches -

How to cook deliciously - Peach Dumplings

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In cup, toss confectioners' sugar with grated fresh lemon peel.

2. Stage

Cut piecrust dough into quarters. Place 1 peach half in center of each piece of pastry, sprinkle with sugar mixture.

3. Stage

Brush edges of dough with water. Bring sides of dough over peaches, pressing edges together to seal. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until golden. Cool 10 minutes. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
