Peeps-Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350°. Separate each roll of dough into six equal chunks. Flatten each chunk into a disc, then sandwich two discs around a Peep, using your fingers to close up the seams so Peep is fully covered in dough. (Each roll of cookie dough will make about three cookies.)

2. Stage

Place each Peep-filled cookie dough ball at least 3 inches apart on a parchment-lined baking sheet—cookies will spread a LOT while baking—and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cookies have turned golden brown around the edges. Let cool before serving.
