3. 2 slice pumpernickel bread -

1. Stage
Combine the pineapple and cream cheese in the small mixing bowl with the fork.
2. Stage
Use the table knife to spread some of the filling on a bread slice, roll it up lengthwise, and cut the roll into rounds with the knife on the cutting board. Secure each round with a toothpick. Do the same thing with the rest of the bread and filling.
