1. Ice, for chilling -
2. 2 ounces blended scotch whiskey -
3. 1 ounce sweet vermouth -
4. 2 to 3 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters -
5. Fresh orange peel, for garnish (optional) -

How to cook deliciously - Rob Roy Cocktail

1. Stage

Stir the cocktail together:  In a mixing glass or tall glass filled two thirds with ice, pour in the scotch whiskey, sweet vermouth, and bitters. Stir for 20 seconds to chill.

2. Stage
