1. 1 qt. strawberries -
2. 4 peaches -
3. 1 bottle Champagne or sparkling wine -

How to cook deliciously - Strawberries & Champagne Kabobs

1. Stage

Wash and remove the stems from the strawberries, then slice the peaches into crescent shapes. (You can do this by cutting the peach in half, removing the pit, then slicing each half into strips width-wise.)

2. Stage

Place fruit in a bowl and cover with Champagne. Cover and refrigerate for two hours.

3. Stage

Skewer a piece of fruit and one strawberry on each toothpick before serving.
