This diet is easy to follow for a long time. The extra pounds go away gradually, due to which a more lasting result is achieved.
First day: 1st breakfast: 1 soft-boiled egg, tea or black coffee with xylitol, 1 cracker. 2nd breakfast: 100 gr. apples. Lunch: 130 gr. lean boiled beef, 100 g boiled potatoes with salt (without fat), 200 gr. raw vegetable salad, black coffee with xylitol, mineral water. Afternoon snack: tea with xylitol, 100 gr. fruit. Dinner: 80 gr. lean ham, 1 egg, 100 gr. vegetables, 10 gr. butter, juice.
Second day: 1st breakfast: a glass of tea with xylitol, one cracker. 2nd breakfast: 200 gr. carrot salad. Lunch: 50 g of stewed beef, 150 gr. melon, 100 g of potatoes, mineral water. Snack: coffee with milk (100 g. each) and xylitol. Dinner: 150 gr. baked fish fillet, 150 gr. spinach, mineral water.
Third day: 1st breakfast: 30 gr. ham, 20 gr. crackers, tea with sweetener (xylitol) . 2-nd breakfast: 150 gr. grapefruit. Lunch: 150 gr. meat with carrots and potatoes (200 g.). Snack: a glass of tomato juice. Dinner: potatoes with cottage cheese (100 g. potatoes and 50 g. cottage cheese), mineral water.
Fourth day 1st breakfast: 50 gr. cream cheese, 30 gr. bread, a glass of tea with xylitol. 2nd breakfast: 150 gr. orange. Lunch: 150 gr. chicken, 100 gr. potato, 150 gr. cucumber salad. Snack: 150 gr. apples. Dinner: egg omelet with ham (2 eggs, 30 g ham), 150 gr. tomato salad, juice.
Fifth day 1st breakfast: 100 gr. cottage cheese, 30 gr. bread, a glass of tea with xylitol. 2nd breakfast: 100 gr. berries or fruits. Lunch: 150 gr. boiled meat, 100 gr. potatoes, a glass of compote. Snack: a glass of kefir. Dinner: vegetable salad, juice or mineral water.
Sixth day: 1st breakfast: watermelon or apples. 2nd breakfast: 200 gr. carrot salad. Lunch: 100 gr. veal with sauce, 100 gr. potato, 50 gr. cabbage salad. Snack: 50 gr. radish. Dinner: mushrooms (100 gr.) with egg, cucumber salad, mineral water.
Seventh day 1st breakfast: 50 gr. cottage cheese, 20 gr. crackers, a glass of tea with xylitol. 2nd breakfast: a glass of milk. Lunch: 150 gr. fried pork, 100 gr. potatoes, 100 gr. different vegetables. Snack: coffee with milk (100 g each), 200 gr. stewed beans, mineral water. Dinner: a glass of kefir with cookies.
