Everyone probably has a grandmother's cast-iron frying pan. Such dishes are made of very good material that cannot be compared with the present ones, but sometimes it prevents a layer of old burnt fat from cooking in such a miracle frying pan that it seems to have eaten completely, but there is a solution and it is not expensive at all, and the result is simply stunning.
To clean cast iron dishes, we need: 1.PVA glue medium jar 2.laundry soap 72%
We need to grate the soap. Then in a basin or a large saucepan to fit our frying pan, bring water to a boil, so that the cast iron can be completely covered. When the water boils, reduce the heat and add the grated soap and glue, stir until the soap dissolves.
We lower the pan into the resulting solution and cook it for 2 hours, add water if necessary. Such a solution makes the fat soft so that it begins to fall off by itself.
Then we drain the water, cool the pan a little in cold water and finish the cleaning with a metal scraper. And such a result!
