How to cook deliciously - Bacon and Caprese Skewers
1. Stage
Arrange the bacon in a single layer in a large cast-iron or nonstick skillet. Place skillet over medium heat and cook, turning about halfway through, until golden on both sides, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove bacon to a paper towel–lined plate and let cool.
2. Stage
To assemble: thread cherry tomatoes, croutons, basil leaves, mozzarella balls, and bacon onto skewers. Arrange on a serving platter, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and serve.
