1. 4 (6- to 8-oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts -
2. 2 tsp. taco seasoning mix -
3. 2 c. chunky red salsa, divided -

How to cook deliciously - Crockpot Salsa Chicken
1. Stage
Arrange chicken in a slow cooker. Sprinkle all over with taco seasoning mix. Pour 1 c. salsa over chicken. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or low 6 to 8 hours until chicken is cooked through and an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part registers 165°.
2. Stage
Shred chicken with 2 forks. Add remaining 1 c. salsa and toss to coat. Top with cilantro. Serve with lime wedges alongside.
