How to cook deliciously - Fennel Radicchio Slaw
1. Stage
Toss the slaw: In a large bowl, toss the fennel, radicchio, dill, vinegar, oil, salt, and black pepper until combined.
2. Stage
Marinate and serve: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes to let the dressing penetrate the fennel and radicchio. Before serving, toss again.
