Ingredients for - Jigglers
1. 4 c. cold fruit juice (Don’t use pineapple or papaya—they contain an enzyme that breaks down gelatin.) -
2. 3 tbsp. unflavored gelatin -
How to cook deliciously - Jigglers
1. Stage
Pour 1 cup of cold juice into the mixing bowl, and sprinkle the gelatin on it. Let it sit until the gelatin absorbs the liquid. (This is called blooming.)
2. Stage
Pour the remaining 3 cups of juice into the sauce pot, and heat on medium until it's the same temperature as a nice warm bath.
3. Stage
Pour the warm juice into the mixing bowl, and stir with the spoon until the gelatin dissolves.
4. Stage
Pour the mixture into the baking dish. The gelatin should be no more than 1 inch deep if you’re going to cut the jigglers with the cookie cutters.
5. Stage
Refrigerate for 3 to 5 hours until it's solid.
6. Stage
Cut the jigglers any shape you like. Serve and eat.
