5. 1 tbsp. olive oil or rosemary-flavored olive oil -

How to cook deliciously - Olive Panini

1. Stage

Arrange 1 slice of cheese over each slice of bread. Spread olive tapenade over 2 of the bread slices; top with tomato slices. Close sandwiches; brush outsides evenly with oil.

2. Stage

Cook sandwiches in a preheated panini maker or lightly greased waffle iron until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3 minutes.Serving size is 393 grams. Each serving: 9.6 g monounsaturated fat, 2.7 g polyunsaturated fat, 76 RE vitamin A, 16 mg vitamin C, 403 mg calcium, and 7 mg iron.
