1. 1 oz. white rum
2. 1 oz. pureed pear
3. 1 oz. lemon juice
4. 1/2 oz. simple syrup (dissolve one part sugar in one part boiling water)
5. 1 oz. Champagne
6. 1/2 oz. dark rum
