1. 1 oz. white rum -
2. 1 oz. pureed pear -
3. 1 oz. lemon juice -
4. 1/2 oz. simple syrup (dissolve one part sugar in one part boiling water) -
5. 1 oz. Champagne -
6. 1/2 oz. dark rum -

How to cook deliciously - Pear Batida

1. Stage

Shake everything but champagne and dark rum with ice. In glass, pour champagne, add mixture and dark rum.
