1. 2 pints cherry tomatoes -
2. 2 cups vodka -
3. 1/2 cup coarse sea salt, optional -
4. 1/4 cup coarsely ground pepper, optional -
How to cook deliciously - Vodka-Infused Cherry Tomatoes
1. Stage
Using a skewer, poke a few holes in each tomato. In a container, combine tomatoes and vodka. Cover and refrigerate for 2 days.
2. Stage
Pour tomatoes and vodka into a shallow serving dish. Serve tomatoes with toothpicks; if desired, combine sea salt and pepper in a small bowl for dipping.
