Ingredients for - Zucchini Canoes

1. 2 medium zucchinis -
2. 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil -
3. 2 slice deli ham -
4. 1/2 c. stuffing mix -
5. 1/4 c. canned chunks pineapple, drained, or fresh pineapple -
6. 1/4 c. marinara sauce -
7. 1/2 c. grated mozzarella cheese -

How to cook deliciously - Zucchini Canoes

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees or the high setting. Scrape the seeds out of the zucchinis with the spoon.

2. Stage

Rub a little bit of the vegetable oil on the outsides of the zucchinis, and place them skin side down on the baking sheet.

3. Stage

Use the wooden spoon to combine the ham, the stuffing mix, the pineapple, and the marinara sauce in the mixing bowl. Stir it up.

4. Stage

Spoon the filling into the hollowed-out zucchinis. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the filling, and bake for 20 for 25 minutes. Be sure to use your potholders when you take the sheet out of the oven.
