Ingredients for - Apple & cornflake pots

1. 800g Bramley apple , peeled and sliced -
2. 3 tbsp golden caster sugar -
3. 2 tbsp golden syrup -
4. 25g butter -
5. 85g cornflake -
6. 200ml low-fat crème fraîche -

How to cook deliciously - Apple & cornflake pots

1. Stage

Put the apples, caster sugar and 3 tbsp water in a pan and cook over a medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 mins until softened.

2. Stage

Divide mixture between 4 glass tumblers and leave to cool. Meanwhile, heat the golden syrup and butter in a large bowl in the microwave for 1 min to melt. Add the cornflakes and stir well to coat.

3. Stage

Top the cooled apple with the crème fraîche, then divide the cornflake mix between the glasses.
