1. Lemon slice, for rimming -
2. 2 tbsp. granulated sugar, for rimming -
3. 1/2 c. blue Curaçao -
4. 2 oz. vanilla vodka -
5. 1 1/2 tsp. heavy cream -
6. 1 bottle champagne, prosecco, or cava -

How to cook deliciously - Blue Creamsicle Mimosas

1. Stage

Rim champagne flutes with a lemon slice and dip in sugar. Set aside. 

2. Stage

In a glass, stir together blue curaçao, vanilla vodka, and heavy cream until combined. Pour into prepared champagne flutes and top off with champagne. Serve immediately.
