4. 2 oz. vanilla vodka -

How to cook deliciously - Blue Creamsicle Mimosas
1. Stage
Rim champagne flutes with a lemon slice and dip in sugar. Set aside.
2. Stage
In a glass, stir together blue curaçao, vanilla vodka, and heavy cream until combined. Pour into prepared champagne flutes and top off with champagne. Serve immediately.
