Ingredients for - Blueberry & banana power smoothie

1. 2 ripe bananas , peeled
2. 125g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
3. 300g pack silken tofu , drained
4. 2 tbsp porridge oats

How to cook deliciously - Blueberry & banana power smoothie

1 . Stage

Whizz all of the ingredients together in a blender with 300ml water. Drink straight away or transfer to a bottle for later, shaking well before drinking.
