1. 2 ripe bananas , peeled -
2. 125g blueberries (fresh or frozen) -
3. 300g pack silken tofu , drained -
4. 2 tbsp porridge oats -
How to cook deliciously - Blueberry & banana power smoothie
1. Stage
Whizz all of the ingredients together in a blender with 300ml water. Drink straight away or transfer to a bottle for later, shaking well before drinking.
