1. 2 apples , cored (we used Granny Smith) -
2. 150g frozen raspberries -
3. 150ml natural yogurt -
4. 2 tbsp porridge oats -
5. ½ lemon , juiced -
6. 100ml milk -

1. Stage

Tip all ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker and blitz until smooth, adding 50ml water or milk if it’s too thick.
