Ingredients for - Raspberry and apple smoothie

1. 2 apples , cored (we used Granny Smith)
2. 150g frozen raspberries
3. 150ml natural yogurt
4. 2 tbsp porridge oats
5. ½ lemon , juiced
6. 100ml milk

How to cook deliciously - Raspberry and apple smoothie

1 . Stage

Tip all ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker and blitz until smooth, adding 50ml water or milk if it’s too thick.
