1. 200ml cranberry juice -
2. 175g frozen raspberry , defrosted -
3. 100ml milk -
4. 200ml natural yogurt -
5. 1 tbsp caster sugar , or to taste -
6. mint sprigs, to serve -

1. Stage

Place all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve topped with fresh mint.
