Ingredients for - Cheese & chutney tostados

1. 2small flour tortillas , about 20cm
2. dash of olive oil
3. 2 heaped tbsp mango chutney (we like Geeta’s Premium with whole spices)
4. 100g cooked turkey or ham , torn into strips
5. 100g cheddar , grated
6. 2 spring onions , chopped

How to cook deliciously - Cheese & chutney tostados

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to fan 180C/conventional 200C/gas 6. Brush the tortillas with the olive oil and put them, oil side down, on a large baking tray. Spread evenly with the chutney, then scatter over the turkey or ham, cheese and onions. Bake for 8 minutes. Cut into wedges and eat while they are still hot and crispy.
