Ingredients for - Chimichurri sauce
1. small bunch of coriander, finely chopped -
2. small bunch of flat-leaf parsley, chopped -
3. 2 garlic cloves, very finely chopped -
4. 1 small sweet onion, finely diced -
5. 1 green chilli (or red chilli), deseeded and finely chopped -
7. 2 tbsp red wine vinegar (or white, if you prefer) -

1. Stage
Put the chopped herbs, garlic, onion and chilli in a bowl.

Stir in the oil and vinegar along with a pinch of salt.
