3. 2 c. shredded leftover turkey or rotisserie chicken -

5. 1 c. shredded fontina, white cheddar, or gouda -
6. 1 1/2 c. leftover stuffing or 1/2 (6-oz.) box stuffing, prepared according to package directions -
7. 3 oz. Brussels sprouts, shredded with a knife (about 1 c.) -
8. 1 (14-oz. can) whole cranberry sauce -
9. 1 fresh jalapeño, stemmed, seeded, thinly sliced -
10. 1/4 c. packed fresh cilantro leaves, chopped -
11. 1/4 c. leftover or store-bought gravy -
13. 1/3 c. pickled jalapeños -
How to cook deliciously - Friendsgiving Nachos
1. Stage
Preheat oven to 425º. On a large baking sheet, arrange chips in a single layer. Dollop small spoonfuls of mashed potatoes over chips; spread in an even layer. Top with turkey, cheddar, fontina, stuffing, and Brussels sprouts.

Bake nachos until toasted and cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine cranberry sauce, fresh jalapeño, and cilantro.
