Lego Brownies

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 9-x-9” pan with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray. Prepare batter according to package instructions and pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

2. Stage

Let brownies cool completely, then slice into squares and rectangles.

3. Stage

When ready to decorate, divide vanilla frosting between 4 small bowls. Dye each bowl of frosting with a different food coloring.

4. Stage

Frost the top of each brownie piece, using different colors. Top with color-coordinating mini M&Ms, using 4 candies for the square brownies and 6 for the rectangles.
