Ingredients for - Margarita Jell-O Shots

1. 3 c. limeade
2. 4 envelopes gelatin
3. 3/4 c. tequilla
4. 1/4 c. triple sec
5. Lime wedge, for rim
6. Coarse salt, for rim

How to cook deliciously - Margarita Jell-O Shots

1 . Stage

In a small saucepan, add limeade and sprinkle over gelatin. Let bloom, 2 minutes. Turn heat to medium and whisk until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in tequila and triple sec.

2 . Stage

Transfer mixture to large measuring cup and divide between small plastic jello shot glasses. Place in refrigerator until set, about 2 hours.

3 . Stage

When ready to serve, run a lime wedge around the rim of each shot glass and dip into coarse salt.
