Ingredients for - Root Beer Float Jell-O Shots

1. 1 1/2 c. root beer, divided -
2. 1/2 c. vodka -
3. 1 (0.25-oz.) packet unflavored gelatin  -
4. Whipped topping, for serving -
5. Maraschino cherries, for serving  -

How to cook deliciously - Root Beer Float Jell-O Shots

1. Stage

Add ½ cup root beer to a small saucepan and sprinkle gelatin over top. Let sit for 5 minutes to bloom.  

2. Stage

Place saucepan over medium heat and bring mixture to a boil, constantly whisking until gelatin is dissolved. Turn off heat, add vodka and remaining 1 cup root beer, and whisk to combine. 

3. Stage

Fill 10 plastic shot glasses with mixture. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.  

4. Stage

When ready to serve, top with whipped topping and a cherry.
