Ingredients for - Santa’s Hat Cocktail

1. 1 tbsp. store-bought or homemade vanilla frosting -
2. 1/4 c. sweetened coconut flakes -
3. 1/2 c. lemon-lime soda -
4. 2 oz. fresh lime juice -
5. 2 oz. vodka -
6. 1 oz. grenadine -
7. Peppermint stick, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Santa’s Hat Cocktail

1. Stage

Using a small spoon, spread frosting along rim of a martini glass both inside and out, covering about 1/2" of rim.

2. Stage

Onto a small plate wide enough to fit glass, pour coconut. Dip glass into coconut to cover frosting.

3. Stage

Add soda, lime juice, vodka, and grenadine to prepared glass and gently stir to combine. Garnish with peppermint stick.
