Ingredients for - Strawberry Shortcake Jell-O Shots

1. 70 large strawberries (from about 3 lb.) -
2. 1 (3-oz.) box strawberry Jell-O -
3. 1 c. boiling water  -
4. 1 c. vodka -
5. 1/2 c. granulated sugar, for rimming strawberries -
6. Reddi-Wip, for garnish -
7. Crushed Nilla Wafers, for garnish -

How to cook deliciously - Strawberry Shortcake Jell-O Shots

1. Stage

Using a paring knife, cut the tops and tips of the strawberries off so they can stand up and no longer have stems. Using a melon baller, create wells in the strawberries, being careful not to make any other holes. Discard insides.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, whisk together Jell-o and water until completely dissolved. Add vodka and whisk to combine.

3. Stage

Dip each strawberry in sugar, then carefully pour Jell-o mixture into strawberries. Refrigerate until firm, 3 to 4 hours.

4. Stage

Top with Reddi-wip and sprinkle with Nilla Wafers.
