Ingredients for - Trout & spelt salad with watercress
1. 85g thin-stemmed broccoli -
2. juice ½ orange -
3. 1 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley -
4. 140g ready-to-eat spelt -
5. 140g hot-smoked trout , flaked -
6. large handful watercress -
How to cook deliciously - Trout & spelt salad with watercress
1. Stage
Steam the broccoli for 3 mins until al dente. Mix together the orange juice, parsley and spelt, then top with the broccoli, trout and watercress.
