We wash the floors according to all the rules! Cleaning the floors - it would seem that it could be easier. But every flooring requires special care.
Laminate is not afraid of spilled paint or heels. The only things that can damage the finish are scouring powders and metal brushes. Therefore, you need to wash it like this: some water, a cloth, squeeze it out and wipe it with a cloth - along the floorboard, that is, according to the pattern.
Linoleum is afraid of hot water. Therefore, for him, the recipe is as follows: in warm water, we foam the laundry soap and wipe the floor. And then with a well-wrung rag we collect the remains of the foam. To prevent the linoleum from fading, wipe it well with drying oil or linseed oil about once every six months.
It is even easier to care for a tile: just wipe it with a damp cloth. An old toothbrush dipped in vinegar will help to clean the darkened seams.
The palace can be cleaned and refreshed in a simple way: add fabric softener and the same amount of shampoo to a small amount of water. Foam the solution with a sponge and apply it to the surface of the carpet. After 10-15 minutes, the palace must be thoroughly vacuumed.
Parquet does not tolerate foam or water. A “wooden herringbone" coated with varnish is easy to vacuum.
Non-varnished flooring can be looked after with mastic. And to prepare it as simple as possible: three paraffin on a grater and mix it with turpentine in a ratio of 1: 1. The resulting paste must be kept for 6-7 days. Then mix 16: 1 with hot water. With this tool we lubricate the floors and rub with a cloth. It is enough to do this procedure every 3 months and the floor covering will serve you for more than a dozen years.
