After this course, the body becomes younger and healthier. For this you need to take tablespoons of dry rice how old you are. Rinse with running water and put in a jar, fill with warm boiled water, close the lid and refrigerate for the night. In the morning, drain all the water, 1 tbsp. l cook rice without salt for 3 minutes and eat on an empty stomach until 8 in the morning, preferably after rice do not eat 3 hours. The rest of the rice is again poured with warm boiled water and put in the refrigerator. We do the same thing every morning until the rice is over, then you will completely complete the course.
