1. Stage
Make buttons: Slice about half of the olives into very thin strips then chop into very small squares.
2. Stage
Make bow ties: Use a pairing knife to cut very small triangles out of remaining olives.
3. Stage
Slice brie into 8 wedges, then cut each wedge in crosswise (to make a shorter wedge).
4. Stage
Spread mustard onto the cut side of each brie wedge then place on cracker. Use a toothpick to place olives on brie to decorate tuxedos.
