Ingredients for - Chilli sauce

1. 400g can chopped tomatoes -
2. 2 tbsp ketchup -
3. 1 small onion, grated -
4. 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped or grated -
5. 1-4 red chillies (depending on how hot you want it), chopped, seeds and all -
6. pinch of sugar -
7. 1 tbsp white wine vinegar or cider vinegar -

How to cook deliciously - Chilli sauce

1. Stage

Simply tip all the ingredients in a mini-chopper or food processor with a pinch of salt and blitz to make a sauce. Will keep in the fridge for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
