2. 1 1/2 c. chopped fresh strawberries -
3. 1/4 c. Swerve confectioner's sugar -
4. Zest of one lime -
5. 2 tsp. fresh lime juice -
6. 3/4 c. heavy cream  -

How to cook deliciously - Keto Strawberry-Lime Cheesecake Pops

1. Stage

In food processor, combine cream cheese, strawberries, and sweetener and pulse until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in lime zest and juice.

2. Stage

In a separate large bowl using a hand mixer, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until incorporated.

3. Stage

Divide between popsicle molds and insert a popsicle stick into each mold. Cover and freeze until firm, 4-5 hours.
