Ingredients for - Keto Shrimp Zoodle Alfredo

1. 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil 
2. 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined 
3. 3/4 c. heavy cream 
4. 3/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan 
5. 1 lb. zoodles  
6. Kosher salt 
7. Freshly ground black pepper  

How to cook deliciously - Keto Shrimp Zoodle Alfredo

1 . Stage

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add shrimp and cook until opaque, about 2 minutes. Remove shrimp from skillet and reserve on a plate. 

2 . Stage

Return skillet to medium heat and add heavy cream and Parmesan and bring to a simmer. Let simmer until thickened, 3 to 5 minutes. 

3 . Stage

Add zoodles and shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine and cook until zoodles are tender, about 2 minutes more.
