Ingredients for - Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

1. 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets -
2. 1 tbsp. cornstarch  -
3. 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil  -
4. Kosher salt  -
5. Freshly ground black pepper -
6. 1/4 c. hot sauce, such as Cholula  -
7. 2 tbsp. melted butter  -
8. 1 tsp. garlic powder -
9. Blue cheese or ranch dressing, for serving -
10.  Celery sticks, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 450°. Toss cauliflower with cornstarch and oil and season with salt and pepper. Spread into an even layer and roast until golden, about 20 minutes. 

2. Stage

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine hot sauce, butter, and garlic powder together. 

3. Stage

Pour hot sauce mixture over cauliflower and toss to coat. 

4. Stage

Serve warm with blue cheese and ranch dressing for dipping and celery sticks.
