1. Cherry tomatoes, halved - 4 cups
2. Olive oil - ½ cup
3. Chopped shallots - ½ cup
4. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
5. Balsamic Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
6. White sugar - 1 teaspoon
7. Salt - 1 teaspoon
8. Freshly ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
9. Red pepper flakes - ¼ teaspoon
10. Penne pasta - 1 (16 ounce) package
11. Chopped fresh basil - 1 tablespoon
12. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Roasted Cherry Tomato Pasta

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
