Ingredients for - Spiced Ham Loaf

1. Ground ham - 1 pound
2. Lean ground beef - 1 ½ pounds
3. Egg - 1
4. Milk - 1 cup
5. Bread crumbs - 1 cup
6. Salt - ½ teaspoon
7. Ground black pepper to taste - ½ teaspoon
8. Packed brown sugar - ½ cup
9. Water - ½ cup
10. Ground mustard - 1 teaspoon
11. Distilled white vinegar - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Spiced Ham Loaf

1. Stage

Combine ham, beef, egg, milk, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper. Form into loaf. Place in a casserole dish.

2. Stage

Combine brown sugar, water, mustard, and vinegar in a small saucepan over medium high heat. Bring to boil, and boil for 10 minutes. Pour over loaf.

3. Stage

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) until done, about 1 hour, basting occasionally.
