1. Ground beef - 1 pound
2. Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
3. Salt - ½ teaspoon
4. Granulated garlic - ½ teaspoon
5. Marinara sauce - 1 (28 ounce) jar
6. Diced tomatoes - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
7. Water - 1 cup
8. Cabernet Sauvignon (or other dry red wine) - ¼ cup
9. Tortellini - 1 (16 ounce) package
10. Cream cheese, cubed - 1 (8 ounce) package
11. Shredded mozzarella cheese - 4 ounces

How to cook deliciously - One Pot Tortellini Bake

1. Stage

Heat a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until brown and crumbly, 5 to 10 minutes. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and granulated garlic; mix to combine.

Stir in marinara sauce, diced tomatoes with liquid, water, and red wine until well combined. Reduce heat to low; add tortellini and cook until warmed through, about 10 to 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
