1. Stage
Grind the meat on a meat grinder, adding 2/3 of the onion, pour the milk into the minced meat.

Cut the eggplant into slices, fry in vegetable oil with onion and garlic shoots. Beat the mass in a blender.

Add the eggplant mass to the minced meat, salt and pepper.

Knead minced meat, chop.

Form cutlets, 100 grams each. Baste in flour.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry cutlets on both sides, 2-3 minutes, on medium heat. Then put the cutlets in a high frying pan, cover and stew over low heat for 5 minutes. Pour in a little boiling water if necessary.
