Ingredients for - Zucchini Alfredo

1. Uncooked egg noodles - 1 (12 ounce) package
2. Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
3. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
4. Shredded zucchini - 4 cups
5. Milk - ½ cup
6. Cream cheese, cubed - 4 ounces
7. Chopped fresh basil - ½ cup
8. Salt and pepper to taste - ½ cup
9. Grated Parmesan cheese - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Zucchini Alfredo

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add egg noodles and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

2. Stage

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in garlic, and cook 2 minutes. Mix in zucchini, and cook 10 minutes, until some of the moisture has evaporated.

3. Stage

Pour milk into the skillet, and stir in cream cheese until melted. Mix in basil. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve over cooked pasta.
