1. Salmon, undrained and flaked 1 (14.75 ounce) can
2. Onion, grated 1 small
3. Bread, shredded 1 slice
4. Egg 1 large
5. All-purpose flour 1 tablespoon
6. Salt and pepper to taste 1 tablespoon
7. Vegetable oil for frying 1 cup

1 . Stage

Mix together salmon, onion, bread, egg, flour, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined. Shape into 4 equal patties.

Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat.
