1. Dry lentils - 1 cup
2. Water - 1 quart
3. Vegetable bouillon - 1 cube
4. Tomatoes, peeled and diced - 3 medium
5. Onion, diced - 1 large
6. Carrot, sliced - 1
7. Apple - peeled, cored and diced - 1 medium
8. Frozen peas - ½ cup
9. Garlic - 1 large clove
10. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
11. Barbeque sauce - ¼ cup
12. Paprika - ½ teaspoon
13. Salt and pepper to taste - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Argentine Lentil Stew

1. Stage

Place the lentils and water in a large pot, and mix in the vegetable bouillon. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer 20 minutes.

2. Stage

Stir the tomatoes, onion, carrot, apple, peas, garlic, olive oil, barbeque sauce, and paprika into the pot. Continue to simmer 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to serve.
