Ingredients for - Argentine Lentil Stew

1. Dry lentils 1 cup
2. Water 1 quart
3. Vegetable bouillon 1 cube
4. Tomatoes, peeled and diced 3 medium
5. Onion, diced 1 large
6. Carrot, sliced 1
7. Apple - peeled, cored and diced 1 medium
8. Frozen peas ½ cup
9. Garlic 1 large clove
10. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
11. Barbeque sauce ¼ cup
12. Paprika ½ teaspoon
13. Salt and pepper to taste ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Argentine Lentil Stew

1 . Stage

Place the lentils and water in a large pot, and mix in the vegetable bouillon. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer 20 minutes.

2 . Stage

Stir the tomatoes, onion, carrot, apple, peas, garlic, olive oil, barbeque sauce, and paprika into the pot. Continue to simmer 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to serve.
