2. Milk 1 cup
3. Large eggs, beaten 3
4. Salt, divided 1 ½ teaspoons
5. Frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed ½ (30 ounce) package
6. Shredded Cheddar cheese 1 cup
7. Ground black pepper ½ teaspoon

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch square baking dish or a 9-inch, deep-dish pie plate.
