Ingredients for - No-Tomato Chili

1. Lean ground beef - 2 ½ pounds
2. Salt to taste - 2 ½ pounds
3. Onion, chopped - 1 medium
4. Green bell pepper, seeded and chopped (Optional) - 1
5. Garlic, pressed - 3 cloves
6. Worcestershire sauce - ¼ cup
7. Chili powder - 5 tablespoons
8. Ground cumin - 2 teaspoons
9. Dried oregano - 2 teaspoons
10. Chili sauce - 2 (12 ounce) bottles
11. Kidney beans, rinsed and drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
12. Cannellini beans, rinsed and drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
13. Beef broth - 1 (14 ounce) can
14. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 cups
15. Chopped jalapeno pepper (Optional) - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - No-Tomato Chili

1. Stage

Crumble ground beef into a soup pot over medium-high heat. Cook and stir until browned. Drain off grease and season with salt to taste.

2. Stage

Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; cook and stir for about 3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and season with Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, cumin, and oregano. Cook and stir for another 5 minutes.

3. Stage

Reduce heat to low and stir in chili sauce, kidney beans, cannellini beans, and beef broth. Cover and simmer for about 35 minutes.

4. Stage

Ladle into bowls to serve and top with shredded cheese and jalapeño.
