4. Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
5. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
6. Grapeseed oil - ¼ cup
7. Maple syrup - 2 tablespoons
8. Salmon fillet, cut into 3-inch pieces - 1 (2 pound)

1. Stage

Stir salt, paprika, cardamom, coriander, and black pepper together in a bowl. Add oil and maple syrup; stir until evenly combined.
