8. Mustard - 1/2 Tsp
9. Lemon juice - 1 Tsp
10. Salt - taste
11. Greenery - 1/2 beam

Cut the pickled cucumber into julienne strips. Break the boiled chicken fillet into fibers. Roll up the egg pancake and cut into thin slices.
