3. Bread crumbs - ¾ cup
4. Onion, diced - ½
5. Milk - ½ cup
6. Egg - 1
7. Chopped fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon
8. Salt - 1 ½ teaspoons
9. Worcestershire sauce - 1 teaspoon
10. Ground black pepper - ⅛ teaspoon
11. Vegetable oil, or as needed - 1 teaspoon
12. Boiling water - 2 cups
13. Sour cream - ¾ cup
14. All-purpose flour - ½ cup
15. Paprika - 1 teaspoon
16. Ground black pepper - ⅛ teaspoon

1. Stage

Mix beef, sausage, bread crumbs, onion, milk, egg, parsley, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper in a large bowl. Form into meatballs.
